GENTLE YOGA with Laura Potter -

Great for first-time students and seasoned practitioners, this class will focus on breathwork, slow/gentle movements and nervous-system regulation. Breathe in and allow the serene outdoor setting to bring you into relaxation and rejuvenation.

Props will be provided, but please bring a yoga mat (towel/blanket) as mats are limited, and any additional support you may need. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

While he has always had his own individual musical personality, he considers his main inspirations as a guitarist to be Jim Hall, Joe Pass, Grant Green, Pat Metheny and Tuck Andress while as composers Wayne Shorter, Joni Mitchell and Maria Schneider. He frequently mixes straight ahead jazz, bebop and post-bop with elements of folk, rock, pop, funk and classical music.
